Materials We Use
Quality Materials for Long-Term Outdoor Use
We understand that shade structures in the UAE need to withstand strong sunlight, high temperatures, dust, and outdoor conditions. That is why we use materials selected for durability and outdoor performance.
Steel Structure
Our structures are fabricated using MS steel pipes and structural components according to the project design. Steel members can be finished with powder coating for a clean appearance and added protection.
Commercial 95 HDPE Fabric
For many shade applications, we use Commercial 95 Australian-made HDPE fabric, approximately 340 GSM. The fabric is UV stabilized and suitable for outdoor shade applications.
PVC Fabric
Where waterproof protection is required, we can provide PVC-coated fabric, with the GSM selected according to the project requirements.
Professional Fixing
Fabric is properly tensioned and securely fixed to the structure using suitable fixing systems to achieve a neat and durable installation.
